Every Child Every Day
In 2005, Feed The Hungry began our Every Child Every Day program--an initiative to supply nutritious, daily meals to the most vulnerable children around the world. Currently, over 45,000 children receive meals every day through Every Child Every Day programs in partnering schools, orphanages, and other feeding centers. Our goal is for 100,000 children to have their physical and spiritual needs met by an Every Child Every Day program. By feeding children in settings in which they can both receive an education and the message of Christ, we, together with our partners, are able to give children both food and a future. In order to reach our goal of caring for 100,000 children, we maintain relationships with corporate America and gift-in-kind providers who enable us to give generously to our partners and continue partnering with new ministries. We also continue to seek out new ministry partners in the developing world with whom we can implement feeding programs for children in schools, orphanages, and other feeding centers.
