Before they got your help, many went days without eating. Struggling to survive, they’d dig through trash heaps, beg, or wander through dry fields, hoping to find anything edible. Attending school was out of the question. They had to spend that time hunting for food.

But the meals you give—often delivered each day at school, by caring Christian partners—make all the difference to these little ones. Parents encourage their children to go to school because they will be fed there. Finally, they get meals that help them grow strong. Learn well. Hear about their Savior. What the future holds

After experiencing so much pain themselves, many of these children develop a heart for helping others. It’s amazing how, once their stomachs are full, they throw themselves into their studies. They value this opportunity. They want to use it to become self-sufficient adults who care for those around them.
